Frank A Argenbright Jr. is the Executive Chairman, founder of the Argenbright Group. He is a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record in establishing and scaling of human capital services based organizations. 

Winning numerous awards and recognitions during his career, most notably, the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 1997 and 2009; the Atlanta Journal-Constitution Georgia 100-Best of Business in 1998, 1999 and 2000; the Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies in Atlanta in 1992, 1995; the Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies in Atlanta in 1998 and 1999 for AHL Services; the #1 Fastest Growing Private Company in Atlanta in 2005; #17 in 2006 and #37 in 2007 for AirServe; and the #1 Fastest Growing Private Company in Atlanta in both 2007 and 2008, #2 Best Places to Work in 2007, #2 Fastest Growing Company in 2009; Georgia Trend Magazine, #1 Middle-Market Fastest Growing Companies for SecurAmerica.

Karan Ishwar has been with the Argenbright Group since 2014, when he started working in the M&A team for SecurAmerica, LLC. He is currently CEO of Argenbright Holdings - Parent company of the Argenbright Group of Companies. In this role, Karan oversees all business, finance and technology, and M&A functions for the group.

Karan is responsible for the inorganic growth strategy for Argenbright and the key architect in helping the group achieve fourteen-fold revenue growth over the past five years. He has a strong professional track record in the area of Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Cross-Border M&A Advisory and is a proven innovator of creative solutions that improve and enhance the lives of hourly wage employees.

Tanmay Limaye

Head of Corporate Development
  • Tanmay Limaye serves as Senior Vice President and head of Corporate Development at Argenbright holdings since July 2021

  • Before joining Argenbright Holdings, Tanmay served as Vice President, Corporate Strategy and M&A at KORE, where he was part of a core team that led the company to a SPAC-IPO (now NYSE: KORE) with a $1 billion valuation. He led their PaaS business to a 3x recurring revenue growth.

  • Prior to joining KORE, Tanmay led corporate development activities at PRGX (formerly NASFDAQ: PRGX) from 2010 to 2018, a recovery audit and business analytics firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA. He also helped set up PRGX's captive offshore center as part of the India leadership team.

  • Before moving to the US, Tanmay worked for large, global IT/Technology firms in various roles with increasing leadership responsibilities

  • Tanymay holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Univesity of Mumbai (one of India's oldest universities), as well as an MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai ( a top-10 business school in India.)

  • Transacted more than $4 billion in M&A activities, over $1 billion in hotel acquisitions, $2 billion in various debt instruments and approximately $2 billion in equity issuances

Mike Lewis

  • CFO/COO of one of the largest professional staffing companies in the US, with ~$3.5 billion in revenue

  • ~30 years of experience across Aviation, FM and Staffing industries

  • Has led multiple private equity sales, recaps and debt raises at Insight Global over past 13 years

  • Several leadership positions at ABM, Recall North America, Delta Air Lines, British Petroleum

  • Earned MBA from Chicago Booth School of Business and BS in Accounting from Indiana University
